As a User Experience Designer, my job is to understand:

  • what your website visitors are looking for when they find your website or product,

  • how they expect to use your website or product,

  • what turns them off, and

  • what makes them stay and become a loyal customer or subscriber.

I create engaging, intuitive user experiences for websites, apps, and web products. 

My training in UX Research & Design, my background in psychology and communications, and my academic research experience provide a strong foundation for understanding user needs and designing effective user-centered designs.
